Instructional Designer

We’re seeking for a passionate and motivated Instructional Designer to assist in creating, delivering, and overseeing educational materials for customer training. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of instructional design models that produce impactful and measurable results, such as increased customer engagement and improved product usage.

Instructional Designer responsibilities include:

Create engaging learning activities and compelling course materials.
Utilize creative storytelling techniques to make complex information accessible and engaging.
Work with subject matter experts to learn and understand complex products, processes, and systems.
Identify the target audience’s training needs.
Define instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
Provide exercises and activities that enhance learning.
Leverage AI tools to enhance the development and delivery of training materials, ensuring they are innovative and effective.
Manage learning platforms, including the LMS: system administration, updating materials, creating content and learning paths, promoting usage, monitoring, and running reports.

Requirements:

At least 2 years as an Instructional Designer

or 1 years as a Trainer and 1 year as an Instructional Designer

Fluent English, both verbal and written - a must.
Certification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Initial experience as an instructional designer, preferably in the high-tech industry.
Familiarity with relevant AI tools to enhance training development and delivery.
Experience working with course development software, such as Articulate, Storyline, Rise, PowToon, and Animaker.
Good understanding of instructional design methodologies and learning principles - an advantage.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to dynamically work with different stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
“Can-Do” approach, a positive attitude, and proactivity.
Ability to work under pressure and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment Perform QA according to pre-defined standards.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, social sciences or similar
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
