Junior Financial Analyst

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Department!

What you'll be doing:

• Building annual budgets and supporting the budgeting and control processes

• Conducting economic analyses and generating regular reports

• Daily work with Excel, BI systems, and other financial tools

• Collaboration with cross-functional departments (Finance, Operations, Management)

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting / Business Administration – required

• Up to two years of experience in a financial analyst role or relevant internship

• High proficiency in Excel – required (including complex functions and data analysis)

• Experience in budgeting and/or budget control – advantage

• Analytical thinking, high learning ability, attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

• Familiarity with budget vs. actual analysis – required

• Technological orientation and ability to work with financial systems
