We are a small, dynamic group that covers everything from design to implementation.

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with a can-do attitude who will both contribute directly to code and infrastructure (80%) and mentor and guide the team (20%).

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small DevOps & Cloud team, driving collaboration and best practices.
Take ownership of end-to-end cloud and DevOps strategy, from design to production.
Develop and maintain our connected devices architecture and management (IoT lifecycle, OTA, device monitoring).
Drive infrastructure initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, security, and efficiency.
Accelerate development cycles by enabling fast, secure, and reliable delivery pipelines.
Ensure comprehensive audit logs, monitoring, and alerting are in place for all environments.
Guide the team in delivering high-quality, automated, and resilient systems.
Partner with R&D, security, and FinOps teams to optimize cloud usage, costs, and governance.
Integrate Generative AI / LLM models into CI/CD workflows (e.g., automated code reviews, test generation, release notes, monitoring insights).
Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt modern DevOps practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Requirements

Proven experience as a hands-on Tech Lead or senior DevOps/Cloud engineer with leadership responsibilities.
4+ years of experience with Python.
4+ years of experience in DevOps & Cloud Engineering.
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS.
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm.
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, including AWS IoT services (OTA, Jobs, Device Management, etc.).
Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions (plus ArgoCD for GitOps).
Strong background in Linux (Windows experience an advantage).
Proficiency in additional scripting (Bash / Groovy).
Strong knowledge of Git Basics & Git Flow.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or similar.
Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and tracing tools (Prometheus , Kibana, Grafana, New Relic, Pixie, etc.).
Experience managing artifact repositories (Artifactory or similar).
Solid foundation in Networking of AWS services (VPC design, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, S2S VPN, load balancing, DNS, routing).
Practical experience with Cloud Security (AWS WAF, Shield, Security Hub, GuardDuty).
Experience with CSPM tools such as Orca, Wiz, or similar.
Experience collaborating with FinOps teams to reduce cloud costs.
Practical experience with DevSecOps practices.
Knowledge of Generative AI / LLM.
Big advantage: Backend development experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar.
