We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage, administer, and organize several different worldwide construction projects. The job’s essence is to ensure that all projects will be completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. · Plan all projects from macro to micro level - Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information · Break the projects into doable actions and set timeframes · Liaise with the Company’s engineering team to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Oversee project procurement management · Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management · Make sure that the project’s needs are met as the project evolves · prepare a budget and monitor the project’s expenses · Analyze risks and opportunities · Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise · Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants · Work with the Company’s management to eliminate blockers · Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures · Issue all appropriate technical paperwork · Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports · Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests · Proven work experience as a Construction Project Manager– 5 years at least · Experience in project management, from conception to delivery · An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans · Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management · Strong administration-facing and teamwork skills · Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner-must
