Senior Board Design Engineer, NVLINK

Our Networking team in Israel is looking for an experienced and motivated Board Designer to join the Hardware NVLINK Group. This team is at the forefront of developing the GPU networking infrastructure for NVIDIA's next-generation servers, focusing on accelerated performance and creating optimized, end-to-end GPU connectivity. Our products deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability for critical industries like AI, ML, and Cloud Computing.

We are looking for a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver the most powerful and efficient communication solutions in the world.

What you'll be doing:

Lead pioneering switch system design projects from the initial concept phase through to mass production.
Collaborate and integrate with all hardware project disciplines, including Mechanics, Thermal, PCB Layout, Production, Software/Firmware, RTL, and more.
Serve as the technical focal point and a key decision-maker for your projects.
Take ownership of the complete design process, including product specification definitions, electrical schematics, component selection, layout guidance, hands-on testing in a lab environment, and supporting production and qualification processes.

What we need to see:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience as a board designer, with a strong track record in complex hardware project execution.
Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary projects.
Excellent hands-on lab skills for testing, debugging, and validation.
In-depth knowledge of multi-layer PCB design principles.
Experience in high-current power delivery design.
Comprehensive understanding of RTL implementations (CPLD/FPGA).
Strong project management skills, independence, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience in designing data-center switch products for high-volume manufacturing.
Proven knowledge and experience in high-speed design (25Gb/s and above).
Knowledge of advanced PCB materials and manufacturing technologies.
