Senior Group Product Lead (Work Tools)

As a group product manager you will be in a great position to make a real impact on the entire company. You will manage and grow a team of top product managers, and help us deliver innovative solutions at scale. You will drive the strategy for a portfolio of products to create a deliberate plan and a cohesive strategy. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, develop go-to-market plans and business relationships to maximize the potential value we can deliver to our employees, customers, partners and investors.

About The Role
Your focus will be the core experience of our product, that serve as a shared layer across all our products: dashboards, analytics, docs & the communication layer And our new standalone Knowledge base product we plan to launch soon
Define big visions based on market trends and customer needs into tight narratives, and work across monday to execute successfully
Build lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and impact
Influence, manage and work across the organization- from other, customers, to developers, and leadership
Your Experience & Skills
you have a wide experience with the complex needs of platforms that serve a large number of customers. You are experienced in creating platform roadmap from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy and leading execution.
You are able to set & achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
You have six years of experience as a manager of product managers and managers, with demonstrated success in hiring and growing top talent. Advantage for working in high growth environments.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions
You communicate well. You can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical. You can motivate, lead, and champion people, teams and products without “formal” authority.
Experience in SaaS - must
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
