For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description:Job DescriptionRole PurposeThe purpose of this role is to design and develop the user interface of a product/ application as per the customer’s/ business requirement͏DoDesign and Development of UI for a Product/ApplicationCollaborate with Business Analyst & Product Manager for a better understanding of functional requirements, analysis, design documentUnderstand the requirements from UX Designer and use agile methodology to create static designs and interactive prototypesImplement features and create presentation layer in accordance with business requirements and UX specificationsDevelop working prototypes from UI designs for cross-platform devices and ensure cross-browser compatibilityDevelop and maintain new and existing product's screens by utilizing different technologies in creating component based responsive designEnsure heavy use of Chrome Developer Tools + Firebug to ensure front-end code and assets were optimized and of high-qualityEnsure usage of color and font represent integrated brand perception and user experienceCollaborate with other user experience designers, UI software engineers and graphic designers to ensure a consistent and integrated user experienceActively participate in design and code review to ensure that overall application is robust, bug-free and easy to maintain͏Competency BuildingIntegrate best practices through competency development, multiskilling and by doing mandatory training complianceParticipating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.Enable team member's knowledge sharing across teams and best practices͏DeliverNoPerformance ParameterMeasure1Create design and development of UIAccuracy of code (100% error free code), throughput %, Adherence to the schedule/ release plan, re-usability of the code2Capability DevelopmentStrengthening technical skills, % trained on new age skills͏Mandatory Skills: User Interface Design .Experience: 1-3 Years .Reinvent your world.
