We are looking for a Team Leader QA Tester with a proven experience in communication system for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, on-site, in Netanya.

The job requires fieldwork in different locations around the country.

Responsibilities

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

Monitor debugging process results

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a small team (up to 3 people) - must

Proven experience in communication system testing (e.g., network protocols, telecommunication devices, and related software) - an advantage

Familiarity with testing communication protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SIP, VoIP, etc. - an advantage

Experience with manual and automated testing methods, as well as testing tools like Wireshark or JMete

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams

Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Certifications in network or communication testing (e.g., CCNA, ISTQB).
