Job Overview
Come join Intuit QuickBooks' B2B Payments team as a Senior Product Analyst.
This opportunity for the QuickBooks Money product analytics team, is to define how we use data to transform customer experiences, develop and scale new products, and help assess product-market fit.
We're looking for someone who's data-driven with excellent product analytics experience and storytelling skills to partner with our product team , and drive profitable growth and active use of our capital business.
As a key member of the team, you will have a strong track record of combining technical skills, an understanding of product analytics, and exceptional problem-solving acumen.

Responsibilities
Partner with product managers, marketing, and engineering to enable decision support and key customer insights
Partner within the team to measure the impact of product strategy and answer ad-hoc analytic questions and train users to self-serve standard reports leveraging Tableau
Lead the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis formulation, algorithm development, data cleansing, AB testing, insight generation, visualization, and action planning
Provideguidanceand thought partnership to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals
Ensure data infra is optimized to provide crystal-clear visibility into the impact and value of new initiatives and product releases
Qualifications
4+ years with experience in performing quantitative analysis
2+ years of experience working in product analytics field
Highly proficient in SQL, Tableau, A/B testing, and preferably at least one scripting language (R/Python)
Ability to tell stories using data, effectively educate, and inspire confidence in recommendations, thereby motivating others to act.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to develop and use structured approaches to identify root causes and recommend resolutions: can present results in meaningful terms
Experience applying predictive modeling, experimentation, and statistical analysis to drive scalable, data-informed decisions.
Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines
