Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Wireless System Engineer to support new wireless product development.

The role includes system flow definition and hands-on lab integration of a complex multi-antenna wireless platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define system requirements and end‑to‑end flows

Technical lead for cross‑functional SW/HW/Test activities

Lead bring‑up/integration and end‑to‑end validation on the evaluation platform

Resolve complex lab issues, drive reliability/performance, and feature enablement

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in wireless communications technologies

Proven ability to lead integrations and define end-to-end flows across HW, RTL design and SW layers

Strong modem fundamentals across RF/analog and digital domains, familiarity with PHY concepts

Hands-on bring-up and debugging experience in the lab using RF interfaces and test equipment

Working knowledge of at least one wireless standard (e.g., 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, or similar)

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

Modem/PHY design expertise, including algorithms and/or RTL implementation

Cross-disciplinary experience across real-time FW, HW, and RF (including RF lineups)

Experience with LTE and/or 5G standards and system design

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
