Content QA Analyst (English Speaker)

What Are We Looking For? We’re seeking a passionate Content QA Analyst to join our R&D department. By evaluating the content of conversations our users have with our AI assistant, you'll help spearhead our efforts to improve our product quality and user experience and take part in strategizing efficient solutions. You’ll play a key role in our project management life cycle. Responsibilities Review and analyze end users’ conversations with our AI assistant, in order to find the most impactful conversations and to improve our core conversation engine pre-launching new features and capabilities. Technical review of our AI assistants' full development cycle. Identify, generalize, and bucket problems in our new and existing use cases. Use LLMs like ChatGPT in order to automatically analyze conversations and improve our natural language understanding. Work closely with product managers, UX experts, software engineers, solutions engineers, and NLP experts to propose solutions and participate in the implementation. Requirements English speaker with Spanish proficiency - Must BSc/BA in a technical field. Strong technical capabilities and working cross-functional skills. Good quantitative thinking and strong attention to detail. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A self learner. Experience living in the United States - a big advantage. Experience working in a technological environment (working in a startup company/IDF/ Internship, etc.) - an advantage.
