About the role
We are looking for an excellent System Engineer to join our team in Israel.
The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.
The System Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, integration, and support of the system throughout its life cycle. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a holistic, system-level approach to ensure the system meets its requirements and intended use. All activities must be executed in accordance with applicable design control and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Define system requirements and specifications based on intended use, customer needs, and relevant regulatory standards.
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with customers, extended core teams, and senior leadership.
Conduct engineering analyses including dimensional, tolerance, and force analyses.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, mechanical, regulatory, quality, and test engineering.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including risk documents, requirements traceability, and testing protocols.
Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with design control requirements
Support root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives related to system performance.
Lead configuration and change control processes to manage system updates and maintain traceability.
Support system risks assessment, define control measures, and assess verification effectiveness in accordance with ISO14971

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field – required
Job skills:
Approximately 3 years of experience in a systems engineering role – required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills – required
Hands-on experience with modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks, MATLAB/Simulink) and requirements management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps) – required
Experience in the design of injection-molded plastic components – advantage
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills, self-driven, and capable of thinking creatively and strategically
Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications
Language skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal – required
