Student PMO

XTEND is a leader in developing cutting-edge airborne systems that revolutionize human-machine interaction. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior PMO to join our team and contribute to our innovative technology projects

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the PMO Manager in leading projects, including assisting with project timelines, budgets, and status updates.
Assist monitor and report on project status, sprint status, including task management, milestones, and deadlines.
Assist in coordinating between development, hardware, and other teams to ensure projects are progressing according to plan.
Prepare and update periodic reports and documents for project managers and senior management, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
Assist in identifying project risks and contributing to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Help create materials for project review meetings (weekly/monthly) with teams and management.

Requirements:

BSc in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field (third year or higher).
Availability at least 3 working days a week
Excellent written and verbal English level communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
Advantage: Previous experience in a project management position, with Agile method, or working in a technological environment.
Advantage: Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday)
