The Position

As our Diabetes Field Sales Manager you will lead a sales team within the Diabetes unit, ensuring performance management and personal development. You will directly report to Senior Diabetes Business Unit Director.

You will also:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell our Diabetes products.
Identify, research, and contact potential customers and manage existing customer relationships.
Conduct sales activities, including visiting Healthcare professionals, specialists, pharmacies, and distributors.
Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Life Sciences and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a people management role in the pharma or medical fields.

Additionally, you should:

Be willing to travel around the country and spend working hours on the field.
Have experience in working with Primary care / Mass market (Advantage).
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Have a high-performing tendency with strong teamwork abilities.
Be fluent in Hebrew and English – Verbal and written.
