Finance Intern (Part-Time)

Deepdub is seeking a detail oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our finance team on a part time basis. This role is ideal for a finance or economics student looking to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a fast paced tech environment. You will take ownership of day to day financial processes, with a strong focus on invoice management, vendor reports, billing, and general financial administration. Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Prior experience in financial administration – an advantage
English - high level

Responsibilities:

Manage and process AR INVOICES (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES) and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support vendor management, including monthly reconciliation, preparing vendor reports, and maintaining supplier records.
Assist with billing cycles, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
Support the preparation of internal financial reports and summaries.
Help maintain and improve financial workflows and internal procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data as needed.
Perform general financial administrative tasks and assist with ad hoc projects.
Assist in managing freelancer payments, including tracking, verifying, and coordinating payment cycles.
