Senior Radar Product Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Radar Product Test Engineer to support the end-to-end production and validation automotive radar systems. This role bridges automated test equipment (ATE) development, product analysis, and production debug, ensuring high-quality sensor delivery and minimal downtime across global production sites. The position includes deep technical involvement in both software and hardware domains and may include international travel to support production lines .
What will your job look like:
Develop and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) and debug tools to ensure robust and reliable testing of radar products.
Support production partners by addressing urgent ATE or DUT-level issues and minimizing downtime.
Run and debug radar test sequences using MATLAB/Python, supporting both algorithm and production KPIs.
Perform root cause isolation across hardware, software, test stations, and environment.
Collaborate with software, algorithm, RF, and hardware teams to resolve failures efficiently.
Maintain traceability of test issues using JIRA, Tableau, and internal log systems.
Escalate repeated, critical, or systemic failures, and drive continuous process improvement.
Track unit status and production KPIs across global sites
Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), ECN implementation, and test station upgrades.
Coordinate with system integration, production, and software engineering teams to align on release readiness.
All you need is:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
3+ years of experience in production testing, preferably in radar or RF-based systems.
Proven track record in debugging ATE systems, test log analysis, and calibration workflows.
Experience with Python and MATLAB for test automation and analysis.
Solid understanding of hardware debugging (especially RF and sensor boards).
Willingness to travel internationally to support test stations and debug activities
Familiarity with automotive radar, mmWave, and production test flow optimization - advantage
Exposure to FAT/SAT processes, statistical analysis (e.g., CPK, 6 Sigma) - advantage
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Tableau, and test result database systems - advantage
