Our Retail team works closely with local shops and restaurants to help them grow through our platform. As a Retail Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in engaging potential retail and restaurant partners, building strong relationships, and supporting the team in expanding Wolt’s partner ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll help identify and onboard great new partners while ensuring they experience a smooth and positive start with Wolt.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Be the main point of contact for inbound inquiries from restaurants and retail venues interested in partnering with Wolt.
Conduct outbound calls to identify new potential partners and explore collaboration opportunities.
Lead initial negotiations around partnership terms while keeping in mind the type of portfolio we’re building.
Build strong relationships with potential partners by adapting communication styles and maintaining excellent service.
Support the wider sales team with ad-hoc tasks and operational needs.
Our humble expectations
Proven experience in sales or customer service, with strong relationship-building skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools — ability to work with platforms such as CRM systems, Monday.com and Excel.
Excellent communication skills to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in the restaurant or retail industry is considered a plus.
