Lead Product Manager

· Working on SuperCom’s next-generation products – from concept to execution.

· Taking a hands-on approach while mentoring and managing a small team of product managers.

· Contributing to our mission of delivering the most innovative solutions in the electronic monitoring domain.

· Leading agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Writing clear and detailed product requirements – from high-level concepts to granular user stories.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, QA, sales, stakeholders) for seamless delivery.

· Helping the team stay focused on sprint goals, tracking progress, and flagging issues proactively

· Fostering a productive and communicative team environment.

· Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Balancing strong technical insight with business understanding to guide product decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

· BA/BSC in Computer Science or related Engineering field

· 4 years of experience as a Product Manager

· Experience leading a product team – an advantage

· Experience with mobile and web application products

· Experience with multi-disciplinary products – an advantage

· Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams

· Experience in agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)

· Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

· Experience in IoT domain – an advantage
