We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead with expertise in testing tools, applications, and automated testing for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, On-site in Netanya.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the testing team for tools and applications

Develop comprehensive test plans for new systems and applications

Perform functional, integration, regression, and other types of testing

Identify and troubleshoot issues, log defects, and provide detailed reports

Work closely with development and product teams to understand system requirements and provide effective solutions

Automate testing processes where applicable

Develop and drive testing strategies to improve quality assurance processes

Train, support, and professionally manage team members

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in testing - Must
At least 2 years in a team leadership role - Must
Experience in testing tools and applications, including knowledge of automated testing - Must
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) - Must
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM) - Must
High level of English (writing and speaking) - Must
Experience testing mobile applications or cloud-based tools - An Advantage
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps environments
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards
Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment
