Assistant Controller- Maternity Leave Coverage

We're looking for an Assistant Controller to join our finance team for a temporary position (9 months). In this role, you'll support all accounting and reporting activities, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and Israeli accounting standards. You'll be deeply involved in financial analysis, month-end and quarter-end closings, and process improvements- all within a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Israeli accounting standards
Experience with SOX compliance
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with accounting systems
Fluent in English and Hebrew, with excellent communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with NetSuite
Background in tech or multinational companies

How you'll make an impact:

Oversee daily accounting operations and review local accountants' work for accuracy.
Perform month-end reconciliations and prepare financial data for HQ reporting.
Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Conduct variance and P&L analyses, providing clear financial insights.
Support SOX compliance, including documentation and internal control processes.
Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with Israeli regulations.
