Description
We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to manage and optimize Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns alongside LinkedIn and other performance marketing platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives on data-driven decision-making, continuous experimentation, and aggressive optimization to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Own and manage Google Search Ads campaigns and full funnels, optimizing for high-intent, high-conversion traffic.
Scale Google Display and YouTube campaigns, ensuring a performance-driven approach with clear ROI.
Strategically expand paid acquisition efforts across other platforms as secondary channels.
Continuously optimize keyword targeting, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion
Rates.
Plan and execute targeted ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & LinkedIn campaigns with a budget of over $100K per month.
Strong expertise in keyword strategy, audience targeting, bid optimization, and conversion tracking.
Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.
Familiarity with landing page testing, CRO principles, and marketing automation.
Experience planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns - Advantage.
