Web Application Product Manager

A leading Israeli software company, specializing in SaaS-based solutions for Human Resources management, is seeking an experienced Web Application Product Manager. This role combines end-to-end product ownership with hands-on leadership of System Analysts and QA Engineers, offering a unique opportunity to influence both product direction and execution.

The position is based in Tel Aviv and operates under a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and continuous communication
Lead planning, prioritization, and distribution of tasks across teams
Facilitate and lead status meetings and ongoing progress reviews
Translate business and organizational needs into clear, actionable product and system requirements
Work closely with customers to analyze issues, define solutions, and manage delivery
Deliver product and system training to internal and external users
Author detailed requirements and specification documents

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
At least two years of experience in a Product Management role
Proven experience with SQL Server – mandatory
Hands-on experience with web-based systems – mandatory
Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage in in-depth discussions with development teams (a development background is a significant advantage)
Experience managing or leading teams – an advantage
Background working with SaaS-based products – a significant advantage
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments – an advantage
Familiarity with UI/UX principles – an advantage
Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
