General Summary:

For our VLSI team we are seeking a motivated VLSI Design & Verification Intern to join its engineering team. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in advanced semiconductor design and verification, working on real-world projects with industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

· Assist in RTL design and logic implementation for digital circuits.

· Support functional verification using methodologies such as UVM.

· Develop and execute testbenches for simulation and coverage analysis.

· Collaborate with senior engineers on debugging and validating designs.

· Document design and verification results.

Requirements

· Mandatory Qualifications:

o 3rd-year B.Sc. student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (4-year program).

· Advantageous skills and experience:

o Strong understanding of digital logic design and computer architecture.

o Familiarity with HDL languages (Verilog/SystemVerilog).

o Basic knowledge of verification concepts and simulation tools.

o Coursework or projects in logic design and verification.

o Exposure to scripting languages (Python, Perl, or similar).

Work Commitment

· At least 16 hours per week during academic semesters.

· At least 25 hours per week during university vacations.

Learning Opportunities

· Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence).

· Exposure to state-of-the-art VLSI design flows and verification methodologies.
