The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform.
You will partner closely with other product managers, Product designers, Engineering, Research, and Customer-facing teams to define our roadmap, discover new opportunities, and deliver high-impact capabilities that help customers build AI-powered data products.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role. You’ll own initiatives from idea to launch, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do

Influence product strategy and roadmap alongside other Product Managers and company leadership.
Own product initiatives end-to-end - from problem discovery through successful delivery and adoption.
Conduct customer discovery, user interviews, and product research to deeply understand customer problems. Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and detailed specifications.
Work closely with Product Design to define intuitive user experiences for technical users. Work closely with Engineering and Research teams throughout implementation.
Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Research, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership.
Leverage AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate research, specification writing, analysis, and execution.
Continuously measure outcomes and iterate based on customer feedback and product usage.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products.

Experience building products for data practitioners, including data teams, analytics teams, BI users, data engineers, or AI/ML workflows.
Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including concepts such as semantic layers, data warehouses, metadata, governance, or analytics platforms.
Proven ability to lead products from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent product discovery and customer interviewing skills.
Experience writing clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and working closely with Engineering.
Strong product intuition combined with analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
Passion for AI and excitement about using AI tools to become a more effective Product Manager. A true team player.

Location

Hybrid position.
Offices located in Kfar Saba, Israel.
We work in a collaborative hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration.
