MarCom Manager

Magal Security Systems LTD is a leading Homeland security company delivering turn-key security projects in critical sites around the world.

Magal is looking for a creative MarCom Manager to join the team.

As the lead Marketing Communications figure in the company you will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing plan that meets different requirements as well as allocated budget. This would include support for the sales teams with adequate material, maintaining and developing web and social presence, creating superb clips and collaterals in the domain of product marketing, as well as upholding the company’s brand. This would be achieved by your own know-how and capabilities as well as by managing professional sub-contractors and service providers.

In this role you will be in charge of all marketing activities in Magal Israel and its subsidiaries around the world.

Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing marketing plan for Magal and supporting its sales activities, and global subsidiaries.
Creating sales supporting media such as presentations, brochures, videos, website content, whitepapers and any other required materials to support the sales efforts.
Responsible for the creation, improvement, and optimization of online communications, increasing social media and website exposure and traffic, including content creation.
Manage a list of service providers from the domains of web site creation, social & digital managers, graphic designers, print industry, exhibition producers, etc.
Requirements
Experience in a similar B2B/B2G MarCom role in an international environment
3 years of experience preferably in technology or defense/HLS companies.
Proven hands-on experience in the following:

*Creating top-notch sales supporting media

* Digital/social campaigns and content management

* Management of website & web-pages creation

A relevant degree in marketing, media, communications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English: both speaking and writing
Highly motivated, independent, team player, quick-learner, self-starter

Location: Yehud - relocating to Modi’in during 2026, with one remote workday per week.
