We are looking for an experienced NPI Team Leader to join our team.

Lead the NPI team in managing deliverables and timelines, ensuring seamless integration across company product lines.
Oversee all NPI aspects of the company’s product lines.
Build and maintain product and production files, documentation, and BOMs (Electrical and Electro-Mechanical).
Serve as the technical focal point for R&D, supply chain, and quality teams.
Manage and oversee engineering activities for turnkey suppliers, both locally and overseas, throughout the product lifecycle and post-release.
Drive the ECO process, including implementation and configuration control.
Validate manufacturing processes to ensure production efficiency, output, and quality standards.
Support operational processes such as waivers, deviations, EOL, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and audits.
Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and define new components.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI leadership within multidisciplinary companies (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing Turn-key projects and suppliers.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English & Hebrew.
• In-depth knowledge of PCB and PCBA technologies (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Priority ERP system (advantage).
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines .
