About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mobile Lead to join our R&D team and take ownership of our mobile development efforts. In this role, you’ll lead the mobile team, shape our mobile architecture, and drive the development of cutting-edge features that deliver an exceptional experience to our users.

What You'll Do:

Build a kick-ass mobile app.
Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers (React Native).
Own our mobile development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Define and enforce best practices in mobile development, code quality, and performance.
Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and trends, evaluating and implementing new tools and frameworks where appropriate.
Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and stability across platforms.

What We're Looking For:

A desire to build intuitive, responsive, and delightful user interfaces.
5+ years of experience in React native mobile development with a proven record for apps that reached the stores and users.
2+ years of experience in a leading role.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns, well reasoned opinions on mobile technologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and app store deployment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
Understanding of RESTful/GraphQL APIs, web services, and asynchronous programming.

Nice to Have:

Experience with native code (Obj-c, swift, kotlin, java).
Backend experience or understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Keen eye for user interfaces and design.

Salary range: 39,000-43,000
