QA Lead

Requirements:

Your Expertise

Proven track record in quality assurance leadership within SaaS environments and/or transformation from OnPrem to SaaS
Strong background in managing and mentoring QA teams of at least 10 people for 2+ years in multi-geographical company
Proven experience of testing commercial products, packaging and releasing of enterprise business support mission-critical systems
Profound knowledge and experience in use of Test Automation, Performance and Load tests.
Deep understanding of QA methodologies and industry best practices for complex web applications
Experience with Java ecosystems, modern frontend technologies, and cloud infrastructures
Ability to drive quality initiatives that directly impact business outcomes
Good communication both verbal and written.
Working experience with Jira
