Fraud and Payment Agent

An online gaming company is looking for a Fraud and Payment Agent.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring. transaction rates on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure that transactions are done successfully within specified time frames and in accordance with the company’s fraud and risk policy.
• Monitoring and spotting fraudulent transactions and gambling activities in an early stage to minimize the risk to the company.
• Run daily security and SOF checks on new customers to avoid fraud and abuse.
• Reviewing customer documentation and conducting KYC checks.
• Handling customers queries regarding account payment management.

דרישות:

• Familiarity of fraud and payment processes (KYC, AML, etc.)
• Experience in online gaming.
• Numerical and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge in Excel.
• Ability to learn quickly new systems.
• High level of English skills – a must.
