Jr. Systems Administrator

NBN is looking for a service-oriented and self-motivated JR. Systems Administrator to join our innovative and cutting-edge IT team, supporting a staff located in multiple locations. The position is full-time and based in our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will work as part of our Systems team and under our Sr. Systems Admin on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our organization. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members to assist them with their technical requirements and solutions. Responsibilities Network servers and technological tools maintenance, and management Test, evaluate, and implement new technology for the business Maintain Microsoft Windows Servers / Azur VM’s and Entra environment Management of Active Directory, 365, GPOs, Backups, SharePoint and environment Support and maintain The TLV office as part of our helpdesk team. User Setup and installation: Windows, Office, Anti-Virus, VPN, ZTNA Evaluate and implement solutions for security issues Requirements Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role Proven systems experience and helpdesk skills Experience in PC, Server, Networking hardware, and 365 / Azure services Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), network printers and patch management Experience with system security Experience with data backup and recovery solutions. Knowledge of DNS and DHCP Familiarity with standard Cellular phone equipment, setup, transfer, backup and problem solving. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude; ability to research and find solutions for IT-related problems. Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew Basic MS-SQL knowledge Ability to interface with and offer IT support for employees in a calm, professional and pleasant way BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
