Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain scalable mission critical cloud infrastructure
Write clean and efficient infrastructure automation code
Collaborate with skilled developers and big-data engineers to improve data processing
Use your expertise and skills to assist analysts and researchers fighting online evil
Take part in promoting and integrating a DevOps culture in the company

You Are:

Self-sufficient and able to work independently on complex projects
Able to lead projects end to end (design, implement, release, monitor)
Have experience in building and maintaining a large scale/enterprise solution in production

You Have:

A can-do attitude with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good coding and scripting skills (advantage)

Requirements:

Mandatory experience:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience working as a DevOps Engineer in large-scale production environments.
Managing and working on public cloud infrastructure (AWS a big advantage)
Infrastructure as code solutions (Terraform a big advantage)
High proficiency in Kubernetes
CI/CD processes (ArgoCD and GitHub Actions an advantage)
Observability - Logging & Monitoring solutions (Experience with OpenTelemetry and/or Prometheus is an advantage)
Experience with Linux based operating systems
Familiar with infrastructure protocols (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP)

Advantage:

Experience with FinOps concepts and processes
Security tools and Configuration management
NodeJS and Python
MongoDB and ElasticSearch
