Tipalti is looking for an experienced and motivated Automation Team Lead to join our engineering organization.
As the Automation Infrastructure Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the robust automation infrastructure & tools that serves QA engineers across the engineering organization.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of automation engineers, providing support, guidance, and expertise to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our automation infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their automation needs and align infrastructure development accordingly.
Research and develop cutting-edge tools and capabilities to enhance the automation infrastructure, aligning with the company's goal of maintaining an advanced and up-to-date project.
Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to the existing automation architecture.
Provide mentorship and guidance to automation engineers within the teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs to enhance the skill set of the automation engineering teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in web-based automation.
5+ years of experience in building automation infrastructure and designing automation architecture.
2+ years of experience as a team lead.
3+ years of experience with JavaScript / Typescript and a deep understanding of scripting languages.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting and connecting with various stakeholder groups.
Ability to prioritize tasks individually and effectively communicate priorities to the team.
Self-learner and independent executor, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward.
