Commercial and Compliance Legal Counsel

Our legal team operates in the forefront of the business, maintaining close and frequent communication with clients, service providers and internal teams. Our goal is to provide profound legal advice with a practical and pragmatic approach. The legal team is based in Israel and provides support and assistance to our company’s operations worldwide.

We are seeking a commercial and compliance legal counsel to join our commercial team. This position will include the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing legal and compliance counselling and guidance on various commercial issues, collaborating closely with all business units;
Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements;
Ensure compliance with regulations relevant to our business, including reviewing new regulations, creating policies and implementing them;
Handle global privacy and data protection matters, including creating, implementing and maintaining policies and privacy documentation;
Manage operational aspects of business compliance;
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to contracts and contract management;
Handle multiple assignments concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Requirements:

Qualified attorney in Israel with a minimum of 3 years of experience as in-house counsel in a global tech company (highly advantageous) or, at a minimum, from the hi-tech (TMT) department of a prominent law firm;
Experience in international commercial law, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and handling business compliance matters (a must);
Practical experience with global privacy legislation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and handling privacy documentation (a must);
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within teams and negotiations, as well as the ability to work autonomously;
Precision and efficiency, capable of solving analytical problems with a solution-driven, client-oriented approach to legal issues;
Fluent in English (written and spoken) (a must).
