Quality Control & Manufacturing Engineering
Create and maintain the QA policy and system for the company.
Defining CAPA, SCAR & 8D.
Develop, implement, and manage quality processes before delivery.
Lead the Production line quality system requirements.
Develop and execute tests to ensure incoming material and product quality.
Manage RMA activities (from customers & vendors).
Work with the company teams to improve internal processes.
Work with the buyers and strategic suppliers to enhance the quality of vendors.
Perform internal and external training.
Responsible for all manufacturing processes, training and qualification of employees in production line.
Manage supplier's quality and MRB activities.
Maintain compliance with local and international policies.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical / Industrial engineering – an advantage
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in a multidisciplinary, dynamic environment
Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive work instructions and procedures.
YIELD and other KPIs analysis.
Proficient in English.
