Lead strategic B2B marketing initiatives that drive growth, including user journeys, brand campaigns, lead generation, and sales enablement.
Create impactful sales collateral and partner with AEs and AMs to optimize funnels, capture new business opportunities, and build success stories.
Work within a taskforce structure alongside design, copywriting, and marketing teams to ensure consistent positioning and effective execution.
Collaborate closely with the product team to shape B2B features, build dedicated customer journeys, and run optimization tests.
Own go-to-market and communication strategies across in-product messaging, email, and external channels.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior management regularly.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing from the SaaS environment.
Experience collaborating with sales teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Proven expertise in user journeys and funnels, with a focus on optimizing and expanding the sales pipeline, including lead generation.
Hands-on experience building GTM strategies, developing sales collateral, and working with content and design teams.
Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving, backed by strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; comfortable working with large datasets and marketing analysis.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to deliver under tight deadlines.
A proactive, curious, and fast-learning team player with initiative, independence, and a positive attitude.
Fluent English at a very high level is required
