*Your Role*
As a *General Ledger Accountant*, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial operations related to the general ledger. You will ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting standards, enabling us to provide clear financial reports that support decision-making. This role includes preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, managing month-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations such as VAT reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external auditors to maintain the integrity of our financial data.

*This position is located at our Headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.*

*Key Responsibilities*
* Record and analyze all accounting transactions in the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and sub-ledgers.
* Participate in month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, preparing financial statements for management.
* Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Support audits by providing necessary financial documentation and reconciliations.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
* Assist with VAT submissions and other local regulatory reporting.

*What We’re Looking For*
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing environment.
* Advanced proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and analytical mindset.
* Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, with a commitment to accuracy and detail.
* Fluent in English & Hebrew with good communicative skills.
