Why do we need you?

You will assist in managing and optimizing the economic systems within our game, working closely with various divisions across the game studio to ensure a balanced and engaging experience for our players.

In this role you will:

Assist in designing and balancing the economic systems based on data and desired player behavior

Support the development of insights about rewards, incentives, balance, pricing, and similar models to meet player needs

Contribute to creating analytical frameworks to assess key health & performance attributes of game economies

Monitor and help investigate player balances to ensure the overall health of the game’s economy

Assist in managing the pricing of in-game goods and balancing free content vs. paid currency in the game economy

Help create varied experiences for different types of players

Job requirements

Most wanted:

Genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with mobile games

Strong knowledge of Excel

Some experience or coursework related to game economy

Basic understanding of game economy design

Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field

Good analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns and trends
