Responsibilities:

As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our identity verification processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Thoroughly examine and authenticate a diverse range of identity documents, including passports, driver’s licenses, and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to curate and refine datasets for machine learning model training, employing meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze system performance metrics, generating detailed reports that highlight areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement, ultimately contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology.
Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in the authentication process, working closely with the development team to address and rectify issues promptly.
Requirements:
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
A quick learner, capable of adapting to new tasks and technologies.
Exceptional patience and an unwavering attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data effectively.
BA or BS – preferable.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
Proficiency in additional (non-Latin) languages – High Advantage.
