Cabling Engineer

FST Technical Services is looking for several Cabling Engineers for the semiconductor industry. Come join an awesome team in an exciting industry!

The Cabling Engineer is responsible for the cabling of new and relocated semiconductor lithography systems.
Typical support includes successfully performing system cabling, together with docking and un-docking units during the repair of machines.

Part of a team for all cabling activities, which includes (but is not limited to):
Cabling and assembling of systems in customer facilities
Execute standard procedures ensuring all work meets specifications
Report and update progress of projects in precise and timely manner
Ensure Installation Tooling is maintained and in good working condition
Work closely with POC about facilities preparation and connection
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educated in a related Engineering field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, and/or commensurate industry experience.
Preferably 2-5 years’ work experience.
Experience in photolithography is advantageous.
Ability to quickly understand complex systems and use this knowledge to support the assembly of a multi-discipline system.
Valid driving license
Must be flexible to travel to support national and world-wide customers as needed
Regular long periods abroad for training and customer assistance as required.
Must be fluent in English.
Clear and concise technical writing skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and customers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desire to continuously improve own technical and professional abilities
