We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented M&A Project Manager to join us and lead the due dilligence process. In this role, you will oversee and drive mergers and acquisitions DUE DILIGENCE projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strong blend of project management expertise, Business Understanding and financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead M&A Due Diligence projects inside the org by defining scope, goals, and deliverables for all the interfaces,.
Develop comprehensive project plans to track progress, including timelines.
Manage cross-functional teams for due diligence purposes, including finance, legal, HR, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective integration.
Manage stakeholder communications and expectations, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and any critical issues.
Coordinate with external advisors, such as legal and financial consultants, to support the M&A process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Proven experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
