Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer based in our Ra'anna, Israel office, reporting to the development manager. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Situator team; you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our product.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in software testing
Experienced in Agile work environment and test management in MTM \ TFS.
Experience in maintenance servers via vSphare (VMware)
Experience with Network Diagnostic Tools
Experience with Microsoft SQL Tests
Background in testing of complex application software – Advantage
A basic background in the language of C# – Advantage
Ability to work sometimes irregular hours and under pressure.
Verbal and Written Technical English

What you will do?:

Participate actively in the scrum development team, contributing to design and requirement meetings.
Write comprehensive test cases based on design documents.
Develop, plan, and execute manual test cases for the Qognify Situator product.
Perform thorough manual testing in different environments.
Perform software installations and upgrades to ensure smooth implementation.
Debug the product services on the client and backend by analysing logs and using Windows Event Viewer.
Verify and analyse customer-reported bugs.
