*About the role*

AI is fundamentally changing how Marketing and Sales operate. The pace is fast, tools evolve constantly, and companies that don't build the right foundations fall behind.

As HubSpot Partners, we build strong GTM foundations on HubSpot, alongside tools like Clay and other best-in-class sources of truth - enabling measurable sales and marketing velocity, and the ability to test more advanced, AI-driven GTM approaches.

This is not an operations support role. It's a hands-on role for someone who wants to build how companies run.

This role is for you if:

* You have an *analytical mind* - you love finding patterns in data, breaking down complex problems, and figuring out _why_ something is happening
* You're an *Excel/Sheets power user* - VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and nested formulas don't scare you (and ideally, you've outgrown them)
* You have *strong written and verbal English* (this is non-negotiable - most of our work is in English)
* You're a *self-starter* with an ownership mindset - you finish things, you don't wait to be told what to do next
* You're *excited about AI tools* and how they're reshaping how work gets done - you've probably already played with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for personal projects
* You love *systems thinking* - you enjoy understanding how pieces connect and how to make them work better together
* You want to build a career in *Business Operations / RevOps / GTM Engineering* - the people who design how companies sell, market, and operate

What you'll do:

* *Build and optimize business workflows* on HubSpot, Clay, Make, and other automation platforms
* *Analyze operational and revenue data* to create dashboards and reports that drive decisions - both for us and for our clients
* *Translate client needs into action* - join client calls, understand what they're trying to solve, and turn it into concrete projects
* *Experiment with AI tools* and turn them into practical, scalable operational solutions
* *Grow fast* - we invest heavily in our team's learning, and you'll be expected to level up quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 8,000.00₪ - 10,000.00₪ per month

Work Location: In person
