What you’re applying for

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will take Lemonade to the next level by leading the product work on expanding Lemonade Home.

In this role, we’ll rely on you to understand the complex insurance and business systems our products are built on, and develop the most advanced insurance tools in the world. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company—including our insurance team, designers, engineers, and data analysts—to deliver features consistent with the company’s vision.

In this role you’ll

Collaborate with insurance experts, designers, content writers, engineers, and QA to define and release features

Gather needs from internal and external stakeholders, translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes, and lead their execution

Conduct user research and interviews

Define and monitor success metrics for feature releases

Optimize for efficiency and customer experience

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience working as a product manager in a startup environment

Experience building automation / SaaS products, an advantage

An execution state of mind, with an eagerness to hands-on work and drive the team to deliver faster

Excellent strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt quickly

Superior attention to details (while keeping an eye on the big picture) and an enthusiasm for delighting users

Ability to make careful, data-driven decisions, and comfortable with data analytics tools

Fluent English and strong communication skills

Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week

Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
