This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for turning large-scale, global data into insights, dashboards, alerts, and analytical tools that drive executive decisions and customer success.This role reports directly to the VP of R&D and works closely with executive stakeholders across the company. We are looking for a strong pusher with high energy — someone who proactively drives analytics forward, challenges assumptions, and makes things happen.Requirements:7–12+ years of experience in data analytics / business analytics / data scienceExperience leading small analytics teamsStrong hands-on analytical skills (SQL is a must)A high-energy, proactive mindset — ownership, urgency, and drive matterProven ability to work directly with senior and executive stakeholdersExperience working with large-scale, real-world datasetsStrong communication skills and business orientationDatabricks experience is a strong advantageInterest or experience in AI, advanced analytics, or intelligent agents is a strong plus#LI-HybridResponsibilities:Lead a small team of data analysts, while remaining deeply hands-onAct as a driver and pusher — proactively identify gaps, opportunities, and insightsOwn analytics for customer data, including:Usage and adoptionCost and efficiencyPricing and monetization insightsDetection of abnormal or anomalous behaviorDesign and deliver dashboards, reports, and automated alerts for executives and customer-facing teamsWork closely with R&D, Product, and business leaders to turn data into actionOperate in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, managing multiple prioritiesApply and help evolve AI-driven analytics and agent-based approachesSupport and scale analytics across a global data footprint
