How will you contribute?

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers across the Documentation and Platform Teams.

• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Enable your team to deliver high-impact outcomes while developing their skills as individual contributors.

• Define and align product roadmaps with business goals and cross-functional priorities.

• Dive deep into product challenges, providing hands-on support to PMs and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Customer-Centric Decision Making

• Collect and synthesize feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.

• Ensure that all product efforts align with customer needs and business goals, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the key liaison between product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.

• Build alignment across stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and impactful outcomes.

Requirements

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

8+ years in product management with at least 2 years managing PMs.
Exceptional product sense, with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution details.
Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
Skilled at coaching and mentoring PMs, helping them grow and excel in their roles.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align teams around shared goals.
Comfortable with ambiguity, able to bring clarity and structure to complex situations.
High sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to delivering results.
