What you’ll do:

· PMO Leadership - Lead and guide PMO Team Leads to implement best practices, processes, and methodologies that drive the project management discipline forward.

· Project Planning & Monitoring - Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively adjust resources and priorities to meet timelines, costs, and quality standards.

· Project Delivery Ownership - Own the project delivery, with relevant KPIs and strategic goals.

· Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as Focal point for senior stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of project requirements and successful delivery of results.

· Conduct Portfolio project reviews, including stakeholder reviews.

· Coordinates between PMO teams’ cross-board.

· Lead technical teams in following the appropriate project methodologies and lifecycle stages (design, planning, execution).

· Monitor the progress of PMO teams, providing guidance and addressing roadblocks to ensure adherence to project timelines and SLAs.

What to Have for this position:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven experience managing global, complex technological projects, ideally across multiple regions and teams.
Experience working in matrixed organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong background in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Sciforma, etc.).
PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior executives and key stakeholders.
Ability to travel as needed and work across various time zones.
Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset, ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
