Talent Acquisition Specialist

Deloitte, the world’s leading and largest professional services firm in consulting and accounting, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership and lead the end-to-end recruitment process for interns across the firm.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles, open positions in the recruitment system, and build sourcing strategies.
Identify and engage suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and the company’s recruitment system.
Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and hold in-person interviews.
Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing close support and consultation to hiring managers.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – required
At least one year of prior experience in recruitment (including experience from placement agencies) – required
Very high level of English proficiency – required
Significant advantage: Experience conducting in-person interviews and working directly with hiring managers
Advantage: Previous experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and social networks
Strong organizational skills, persistence, ability to lead processes, and high level of independence
