Chief of Staff to the CEO

About the RoleWe are actively seeking a seasoned senior Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team.This is a trusted leadership role at the center of the organization. The Chief of Staff serves as a senior,high-impact trusted partner to the CEO, operating within the executive leadership layer and supporting focus, execution, and alignment across the company.This role is designed for an experienced operator who is comfortable moving between strategic context and hands-on execution, and who has previously led complex, cross-functional initiatives in a growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the CEO on the execution of key company prioritiesOwn and lead cross-functional, company-level initiatives from problem definition through execution, working closely with senior leaders across functionsDrive progress on initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and deliverySupport and structure the executive operating rhythm, including leadership cadence and planning cyclesSupport annual and quarterly planning processes to drive focus and alignmentAct as a connective layer across the organization to improve coordination and execution on strategic prioritiesRequirements:Professional Experience:8+ years of relevant experience in technology-driven organizationsAt least one significant role in a growing startup or scale-up environmentProven experience working closely with a CEO or senior executive teamPrior experience as a member of an executive leadership team, or in a role with regular participation in executive-level forumsHands-on experience building or standing up a new role, function, or operating model in a growing organizationBackground in global management consulting or advisory roles, combined with hands-on operational experience in technology organizations — an advantageCore Capabilities:Strong execution skills with the ability to drive progress without formal authorityExcellent judgment, prioritization, and stakeholder managementAbility to move comfortably between big-picture context and hands-on executionStrong facilitation skills and executive presenceHigh level of discretion, trust, and professionalismComfort operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environmentsLanguageExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)About Atera:Atera is leading the future of IT with the world’s first Autonomous IT platform, with built-in AI agents.
