Job Title: Clinical Study Administrator (CSA)Introduction to role:Join us at AstraZeneca as a Clinical Study Administrator (CSA) and be part of our dynamic Clinical Research team. The CSA assists in the coordination and administration of study activities from the start up to execution and close out, ensuring quality and consistency of interventional study deliverables to time, cost and quality objectives.Accountabilities:As a CSA, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and administration of clinical studies from the start-up to execution and close-out. You will collect, assist in preparation, review and track documents for the application process. You will interface with Investigators, external service providers and CRAs during the document collection process to support effective delivery of a study and its documents. You will also be responsible for the correct set-up and maintenance of the local eTMF and ISF including document tracking in accordance with ICH- GCP and local requirements.Essential Skills/Experience:- High school/Secondary school qualifications that support skills and capabilities of the position- Previous administrative experience preferably in the medical/ life science field- Proven organizational and administrative skills- Computer proficiency- Good knowledge of spoken and written EnglishDesirable Skills/Experience:- Further studies in administration and/or in life science field- Working knowledge of the Clinical Study Process- Ability to develop advanced computer skills- Good verbal and written communication- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international team environmentAt AstraZeneca, we are driven by our desire to understand and reveal new insights.
