*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Software Engineering Director to lead our software development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a proven ability to manage complex software projects, and exceptional leadership qualities. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that meet our business objectives and client needs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software products and systems.
* Define and implement software engineering best practices, standards, and processes (e.g., Agile methodologies, CI/CD, code quality standards).
* Collaborate with product management, design, and other engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps and product requirements.
* Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of software projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
* Drive technical innovation, evaluate new technologies, and make strategic decisions regarding the technology stack.
* Promote a strong focus on code quality, performance, scalability, and security.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.

*Qualifications:*

* Extensive experience in software development, with a significant portion in leadership and management roles overseeing engineering teams.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects and products.
* Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
* Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies relevant to the company's stack.
* Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
